| Clayton was born and raised in Newport News, Virginia, but has since relocated to Eugene, Oregon. Clayton graduated from Denbigh High School with honors, and was an exceptional athlete. He was a three-time all-conference middle linebacker and a two-time state wrestling champion. Willis is a physically gifted athlete, but is still working on his verbal skills so he can step up to that next level. His last couple of stints in the A.W.A. were cut short due to injury. Upon entering Pacific Northwest Wrestling, Clayton has been teamed up with fellow struggling singles wrestler Lance Pennington to form the tag team Thunder & Lightning. |
| Clayton has short, naturally black hair that he's dyed neon green. He's tan, handsome, muscular, and the woman can't seem to get enough of him. His ring attire consists of long, blue tights with yellow lightning bolts, black boots, and black elbow pads. He sometimes wears a blue bandana with yellow lightning bolts to the ring. |
