Why create a manager for your wrestler? There are many reasons. Managers can help out tremendously, but at times they can be detrimental. Some wrestlers will use their manager as a mouthpiece while others will create a female manager to flaunt her assets. In the A.W.A., managers can be used to help out their wrestlers by interfering in matches. If the interference is successful, that manager's wrestler(s) will get a bonus. However, if the interference fails, it will backfire and result in a penalty.
